nice staff,good rocation.
Good location, spacious rooms, good parking
great location, couldnt fault this hotel
Rude reception, rooms look like they were last decorated in the eighties, no functioning ac, uncomfortable bed, very noisy and only one slow small lift. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this Hotel to anybody.
quite,& nice & clean
The staff were very nice abd the room was clean.
The hotel is "tired" and coudl do with an update.
The location was very good and the free parking spaces practical. Very helpfull and friendly staff. We stayed on the 5th floor and the internet was working fine.
A bit outdated. Could use a make over. Rooms on the streetsite are very noisy!!
Location. I could walk everywhere I needed to go. The room was big and newly renovated.
It was under construction so it was kind of loud. My picture id and credit card were scanned into the computer system. I do not think that it is very safe especially if their computer system is compromised.
I liked the location of the hotel & the amenities in the room were good.
That the bathroom was not cleaned every day & the floor was dusty when we arrived.
Great location, very central and close to all the major attractions
Did not have the ability to control the climate in my room, when i first walked in the rooms were devoid of air. Felt really claustrophobic. Asked the front desk for climate control and was told to my surprise that I could not control it as it was controlled by the front desk for the whole building. Wifi internet was also fairly unsatisfactory.
the staff very helpful
only one helevator
Foos layout & location
Windows not safe for toddlers
Excellent value for the price. Staff very helpful, room huge, clean, and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for the price and the location.
Maybe the small elevator??? It was a great place to stay.
